Required documents for Umrah VISA needed is as follows

1. Valid for passport for at least 6 months.
2. Filled Saudi VISA Application, download here.
3. Two photos with white background.
4. ORIGINAL Meningitis vaccination certificate from doctor.
5. Proof of relationship to Muhram, (Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, etc.)
6. Proof of Travel Reservation (Travel Itinerary).
7. Prepaid Return envelope or $30.00-$75.00 for Overnight shipping return service
